What's new at the Book?

* Cleaned out a few dead links. There were less than I feared, which makes me happy.
* I hear that people are still getting enjoyment out of my old stories. This also makes me happy :)

* Nearly ten years ago, a friend made my first little website for me, holding "Possibilities" and the first chapter or so of "The Warrior, The Witch and the Nightmare", back then titled something terribly goofy that I won't repeat :). I've learned much about making websites (and hopefully about writing) since, and I'm only glad you can't see my first hesitant steps anymore - heh. Ahhh, the memories.
(the counter was reset during one of my moves, in case you're wondering.)
July 30, 2007 * Xandra's Model, our ill-tempered but well-loved cat Cilli, passed away today, at the age of nearly 20 years. She was with us for more than half my life; my parents' house won't be the same without her.

August 17, 2005 * <clearing throat> All right, I might as well admit it - my writing has slowed to less than a trickle, although it's reared its shaggy head up enough just the other day for me to work out a few holes in one scene... Anyway. rather than let this site go to the dogs (WAY too much of my lifeblood here <G>), I've decided to add a new section, dedicated to a game I'm currently rather immersed in, Neverwinter Nights. This section doesn't have a lot of content, but it features the module I'm currently working on.

This type of thing is like a scream for help from a frantic mind that has had to go without Muses for too long. Not the type of thing I normally write, therefore, being a play, and a crossover, too. And quite a long shot from being normal, really. <G>
Please note: Book 1 has been completed and will be rewritten with new characters for possible publication. I'm sorry to say that thus ends this adventure for Xena, but I'm sure Cair will prove a worthy replacement.
This little series was inspired during an online discussion on horses, and
bikes, and how my own bike's name was "Flicka". "Flicka" was to me what "Argo"
is to Sina. And if I didn't roam the streets as the Warrior Princess way back
when, I wasn't very far from it. :-)
